The hat sits too loose on my head and is long on the sides. My head is pretty normal in size and shape.

Ordered a women’s large and it fits more like a small. Contacted customer service immediately to issue a return. Haven’t heard anything yet. Hopeful to return it and get the right size

I ordered a large and it’s too small, you guys have stated that you would send the correct size and after multiple attempts to reach out to you for an update I have been ghosted.

I ordered an XXL jersey that was on sale for $39.19. My receipt said I'd ordered a XXS and was charged $51.97. I sent an email with screenshots of the size and price in my cart. Their response was, sorry the sizing was wrong on the receipt but 48.98 plus 2.99 was the correct price. I received the jersey about a week later, its not an XXL or even an XXS, it's a large. Great designs, shit service and honesty.

I used your measurements & ordered an XL. While a bike jersey is supposed to fit snug this is beyond skin tight & runs VERY SMALL. I've reached out by email 3 time asking how to exchange it for a larger size and I've gotten NO RESPONSE! Delivery was slow! Customer service is nonexistent:( Do not buy from them!
I emailed your company and let them know that the two jerseys we ordered did not fit at all, even though we used the sizing chart that you provided. I asked for directions on returning our two jerseys and was told to keep them and that you would send new ones according to the new sizes we provided. I emailed back the same day providing the sizes we needed and offered my thanks for your response. However, I never received the replacement shirts. Your sizes are drastically different!
This is more like a large in our size system. I would need a 4-5 xxxxl in your size.
No US sizes. My hushand wares the clothes, also on the Mont Ventoux

I always wear XXL and this is way to small.
Sizing was off then what was recommended on the site and coming from overseas their sizing is different. I ordered a large women’s just to ensure that it would fit. Too big when I received it. I have messaged the vendor to see if I can exchange, but I have not heard back.
